Pet Policy: Breed & Size Restrictions

At [Property Name], we understand the joy pets bring to a home! To ensure the comfort and safety of all residents, we have the following pet policy in place:

• Breed Restrictions: We do not allow aggressive or potentially dangerous breeds, including but not limited to: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, and similar breeds. If you have any questions about specific breeds, please contact us for clarification.

• Weight Limit: Pets must weigh no more than 75 lbs at full adult size.

• Other Requirements:

  • All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
  • A non-refundable pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash when in common areas.
